The magician presents a large black blackboard, empty on both sides. On one side of the blackboard the word "rope" in italics with a chalk. Turn the board and write the word "magic" on the other side in italics. The blackboard is turned back so as to show the word "rope" previously written.
The performer pinches the end of the word "rope" and starts pulling the word. Oh! Fantastic! The whole writing comes out of the blackboard and turns into a long royal rope!
